Anokhin, the father of "The Functional System", who was also one of the greatest forces behind the foundation of the "Self Controlled Energo-Neuro Adaptive Regulation" ''SCENAR'' technology. Thus it becomes apparent that individual brain neurons are the first field of action for holographic events in the central nervous system.
