The problem of motivation had a lasting hold on the interest of P.K. Anokhin, the father of "The Functional System", who was also one of the greatest forces behind the foundation of the "Self Controlled Energo-Neuro Adaptive Regulation" ''SCENAR'' technology. He considered that the dominant motivation played a role not only in the organization of the stages associated with afferent synthesis but also with other response mechanisms as well including what he called the "Acceptor of the results of an Action". This can be summarized in the following way. It is well known that biological motivations are built by metabolic demands which result in signalization arriving via nerve and humoral pathways to special motivational centers in the hypothalamus. The latter exerts ascending, activating influences upon the cerebral cortex. Reinforcement, by the external environment, satisfying the original need of the organism, acts upon numerous receptors which have afferentation also proceeding into the central nervous system by means of ascending, activating influences which are undoubtedly motivated by the senses, such as the sense of "touch".

It is well known that a physical hologram is created by an interaction of reference and objective waves on a photographic plate. As a result of their interaction, the reference beam becomes capable of independently extracting a "hologram". In an analogy to this physical hologram, KV Sudakov proposed to treat the afferentation proceeding to the central nervous system from a metabolic demand as a "reference wave" and the afferentation arising from the parameters of the reinforcement as the "objective wave".

"The interaction of motivational and reinforcing excitations upon individual brain neurons has been demonstrated under experimental conditions".

"Under natural living conditions, interaction of motivational and reinforcing excitations upon brain structures is realized continuously and in a dynamic sequence as a consequence of animals actively investigating factors in their surrounding environment. Within individual neurons, therefore, integration of two types of excitation currents continuously takes place. These currents are motivational and reinforcing currents. Excitations evoked by the influence of reinforcing factors upon the organism are impressed upon the activities of the neurons which they supply and upon the genetic memory apparatus of such neurons. During subsequent excitations of the corresponding dominant need, they are retrieved from the memory by a motivational excitation, i.e., by a "reference" ray operating according to holographic principles.

This is definitely why we say that in our second to second lives, 99% of all of the information that is received by the CNS is rejected, only that which is pertinent to our dominant motivation is retrieved and acted upon.
"It was also shown that motivational and reinforcing excitations are addressed to the genomes of individual brain neurons" On the other hand, motivational excitations, as was established by the investigations of a series of authors, enhance the sensitivity of individual brain neurons to sensory and reinforcing influence and also to the influence of neuromediators and neuropeptides. Thus it becomes apparent that individual brain neurons are the first field of action for holographic events in the central nervous system. [i]Disease becomes the solution.

DEFEATING THE FUNCTIONAL-PATHOLOGICAL SYSTEM

Several brilliant logarithms have been created by the Russians to break down this "pathological system" by retraining the adaptive system with the help of the SCENAR or "
Self Controlled neuro-adaptive Regulator.

Our level 4 training program will be incorporating these "Principles of SCENAR Therapy" which were designed to ease the body back into homeostasis and break down the invasive over-riding pathological system.
